Hey guys my tranny is making a little and quiet knock noise when I go to take off but at higher rpms it goes away ?? Also it doesn't do it in neutral

Your transmission is knocking? That's a new one to me... Have you inspected your clutch?
Wait... did you recently change to a puck-style clutch?

Well not knocking like a little clicking but I looked under n I'm almost 100percent it's the exhaust hitting but imma put it on my friends lift and check but I'll keep you updated thanks a lot man

its just the pump it should be fine
assuming its the automatic we are talking about here
