I've been doing a lot of reading of various threads . . . I'm sorry, I'm still rather confused!
Please bear in mind I haven't got a 2JZ engine yet, but I'm trying to suss out the wiring required to do an engine transplant. (All the various technical write ups presume you understand the basic layout!)
What plugs are on the end of the ENGINE loom? And which plug into the ECU, and which don't?
Am I correct in thinking that these plugs are all on the end of the 2JZ engine loom:
A (E10) - plugs in ECU
B (E9) - plugs into ECU
II1 - ends up near ECU to pick up body or dash wiring
IJ1 - ends up near ECU to pick up body or dash wiring
IJ2 - ends up near ECU to pick up body or dash wiring
EA1 - ends up near fuse box
EA2 - ends up near fuse box
Am I correct? Are there any I've missed out?
Sorry if I'm being a dummy, but all the various wiring notes around the internet presume you already know this !
