    but they are talking about a completely dry system (think replace ALL those parts with no oil in them).

    So that is why good idea to flush the system and start from scratch.

    Brought back from the dead?

    The Supra A/C oil fill capacity is 120mL (4.1 oz) as described in Toyota TSB AC002-98 "R-12 AIR CONDITIONER SYSTEM RETROFIT"

    Fig, yep dry system!

    Adding A/C to a car that had it removed so everything is flushed, New Evaporator, New Expansion Valve, new O-rings, new oil, and charge.
