    Tthis is a sticky for those who have the 1ggte engine. We can do this several ways:

    1) Just make this a gigantic ongoing thread, or

    2) Post questions in the regular forums, and once they're answered, place links to them in here, and we'll keep it updated. It's up to you 1g guys. let me know either in here, or via PM, and we'll get this rolling.

    i'm new to this site. i just recently had a 91 1ggte put in my 89 ma70. a few problems already. one-no tach, two-can't find a down pipe or really i just need the flange, three-the car doesn't like to idle, four-this is more of a question than a problem for now but, i went to atmospheric dump (bov) do you think that might have some to do with the idle problem? the only place i have found that can find anything for this motor is www.toyospares.com they are in australia i sent them my wire loom and they got me some other needed parts very helpful. anyways if anyone has any ideas for me i open for any suggestions i only recently got in to the whole supra thing. i drive and 03 evo and that has been my main focus so i needless to say i am ignorant about the supra

    their is a goliath dp im not sure who makes it but its out there. as far as a bov these cars didn't come with them so no they dont like them but if you do use one then yes it will make the car idle weird and run really rich from my experience. you can get a bosch bov and it will run ok. why dont you have a tach? do you mean not in the gauge cluster or what exactly? have you checked your timing? yours is a 3rd gen so it should be running 10-11 psi stock. www.importbitz.com has a single turbo mani with a 40mm ext. wastegate for 550 and you can find other parts for them over in aussie. and japan. in japan they made a full stroker kit at one time you can search yahoo japan auctions they have them sometimes

    i will have to check the spelling on that site. thanks for the info. maybe i will sell the ssq HKS bov. and get an internal or half and half. i have a tach but maybe during the swap that wire didn't get hooked up or something but now that i have the diagram i can look for it and do it myself. do you know what size injectors are stock on the 91 1ggte i swwaped them with the 7mgte n/a that are 430cc i think so i hope i didn't screw myself.

    if im not mistaken they are 330cc stock i have a set of na injectors do they just swap right in? i know for a fact that 13bt injectors will work they have to be rewired but they are 550cc. how well does yours run with the 430cc inj.
    also you should join www.supraforums.com.au they have quite a bit of knowledge on the 1g check it out.

    the 7m turbo had 440cc the 7mna had 305-380 which did you use?
