NEW! BIC 3" Stealth catback exhaust

Well finally after a few weeks of testing and R&D we are unveiling our newest catback to the BIC product line. The BIC STEALTH 3" catback exhaust system !!!

Stealth technology also known as LO technology (low observable technology) is a sub-discipline of military electronic countermeasures which covers a range of techniques used with aircraft, ships, submarines, and missiles, in order to make them less visible (ideally invisible) to radar, infrared ... and Police!!




Our goal was to develop a top quality, "quieter", stock looking catback exhaust system that will still flow for a restriction free 500+ HP.
It is a full 3" cat back exhaust system that utilizes mandrel bent aluminized mild steel piping, with an inline Stainless steel 3" resonator and a Flat black ceramic coated twin tip muffler. The muffler has a true 3" inlet, straight through design and twin 3" tips for that sleeper look. Its so stealthy it almost looks stock.

The exhaust note has a finely tuned sound at idle, that is just a touch louder than stock. It has a nice smooth sound at cruising, but when you open it up and hit WOT and boost, it has a great aggressive tone, without being obnoxois or droning. This is a great daily driver exhaust that flows great and wont draw any unneccissary attention from the Law.

Here are some pics of the prototype exhaust, the production version will be a two piece design and all black including the piping and resoantor.

It does look very stock, would there be an option to have it without the muffler? I'm thinking a lot of people including myself would like to use different muffler and just reap te benefits of a 3" resonated catback from BIC.

It looks great, and it's exactly the type of exhaust that I'll be shopping for in the future.

That said, I'm not too familiar with aluminized mild steel piping. Does it (or can/will it) rust like the stock system? I'm looking for something that can withstand our northern Michigan climate.

It will not be one piece, shipping a 7 foot long box would be astronomical!!, There will be another flange to split it into two.

Stainless steel piping may be an option but at a higher cost (obviously).

wow, Im definitely interested.... my OEM 20yrs system is rotted to hell! Your 3.5" kit was just overkill for a car that I will just daily drive at stock power levels. this 3" idea seems great for me, as I need everything from turbo back! Lets work out a deal if possible
