Hello everyone.
First of all. This is a very impresive site you have going on here.
I have always been a fan of the MKIII but never had a chance to own one.
That was until a few month back when I found a 1986.5 that was sitting under a tree for over four years. Increadibly there is no rust on it but it is still going to the body shop soon. Also needs work with the interiors. I was wondering if any members would like to send me pictures of their interiors for me to get ideas.

It is a 5 speed. But no turbo. I just replaced the engine.
When I saw it for the first time I could not recognize it because it was covered with leaves. This picture is after 8 solid hours of pressure washing.
when i first started it there were all sort of things that came out from the muffler. It is starting to come together. Slowly but steady. It its a good restoration project.
