I have the emanage blue and profec e-01. These things are driving me crazy. I can't seem to update my firmware or software. I download the update but what do I do from there? I'm starting to think to much and am getting confused. Can someone tell me in retarted terms what to to.
I think I need the 1.20/1.40 software/firmware version or is it the 1.24/1.42?....
Also, when I try to connect my laptop to the emanage blue it says... unable to communicate with main unit...... Is there and update or something I'm not doing right? I have the greddy support cable so thats not the problem..... Thanks
