The engine is stock internally
540cc injectors
gt3076r 0.82 housing
Emanage blue
3" exhaust
FMIC
etc
1.3bar 372.5whp
Just wondering why when turning the boost past 1.3bar no more power was made is that the wall for a stock lump with a gt30? Don't get me wrong it is very quick but I was hoping for 400-450bhp
Timing wasn't able to be adjusted as even 2degrees on the emanage and she would start to knock

shell vpower 98ron best fuel you can get over here without travelling 60miles for bp 102ron

Dont boost more then 17-18psi on premium with out running better octane (you have to back off boost & timming & run rich) otherwise use race gas or meth water to get more power / octane and boost E85 is also a good alternative!
Your HP is about right though with more boost / better gas gets you better timming less ping you should hit your goal with no problem! Keep up the good work!

What would stop it making more power past 1.3bar?

Lack of octane. 98 RON is about equal to 93 PON (US gas).

Theres guys making 500+ hp on pump(93 octane)...explain that...

500bhp with a gt30r and stock engine?

Lack of octane. 98 RON is about equal to 93 PON (US gas).
So if I was running 102ron I could turn the boost up to 1.4-1.5bar?
Is the reason that When I boost past 1.3 no more power is made because the ecu detects knock and pulls the timing
Worth mentioning I found out shell vpower is 99ron over here

102 might help at 1.4-1.5, but youll probably need 110+ or so.

You could always add a methanol injection kit.

If they are my only options then I don't think I want to go down the road of race fuel or meth, just want as much bhp on pump fuel as I can reliably get from my setup

+1 Thank you
Not only that you can not make more HP then this to the crank
* Ideal for medium displacement engines making up to 525 hp
Here is your map

So if your engine was perfect and everything was tuned yes you would make 525 at the crank and 475 to the wheels you can not get more hp out of a turbo then it is efficient and designed for.
With that said tune your car and run 110+ octane
E85 99¢ per gallon if made at home otherwise ~$2.50 per gallon at a station.
methwater 99¢ at wallmart per gallon and can be installed with do it yourself instruction or by snow products ~700 for the kit.
Racegas $10 per gallon.
There is other tricks like propane its 110 octane but not a lot of people know about it needs a completely custom fuel system but if you do use it you could add a natural gas spiket to your home since butane is 93 octane its fine also up to premium gas boost I thought about this when gas was $5/gallon
I would decide based on how offten you want to push your car to the limits? often go with E85 &meth water every other blue moon use racegas
You will not peak your car until you support your mods with the correct fuel otherwise your ecu engine will back off to keep you from melting the pistons.

Thats about all youre going to get with that turbo on pump. You can install cams and what not to give a little more power.

Appreciate all your input will just leave as is for now then and think about cams etc after the summer
i made 432whp and 419 pound of torque with this turbo on 94 octane
but i have cam and power fc and alot other stuff

2 things will make a huge difference on this motor. aftermarket cams and a standalone. With those 2 things, you'll probably see a 100whp gain

I really wanna see tq curve. What rpm are you hitting max boost in 4th?

Max boost is hit at 4100rpm 1.3bar
The torque line is the fainter line on the dyno printout 340ftlb @ 5100rpm (original post)
Just found a garage locally that does 99 octane which contains 5% bio-ethanol worth using over shell vpower?
