Well I just finished completing my 1JZ single turbo swap and I was hoping to fire the engine today. I pulled the efi fuse so I could prime the turbo with oil and I went to turn the motor over. At first it sounded ok and it cranked for about a second or less and then it just stopped. The engine stopped as if there was something in the way.

I then turned over the engine by hand and it was harder then usual and I hear a squeaking noise coming from the bell housing area. It went away after a few degress of turning the motor.

I then tried to turn the motor over again and sometimes it will turn over continuously and other times it will just stop.

Any idea what this could be? I pulled the starter motor and all seems fine and I inspected the flywheel. I am beginning to think something is binding in my clutch perhaps?

Well I just checked it out and I decided to pull all my plugs first. What do you know cylinder 6 was filled with fuel which would explain the massive amounts of compression and the engine stopping at TDC. After I got the engine all cleared up she fired first shot. Only problem was it died and I could not restart due to my battery being dead.
