1jz swapping question

Has anybody purchased one of these "swaps"

I was looking at them and it seems to be the complete motor, harness, ecu and tranny all together. Would that be all i would need besides the time to wire it up in my car? I know we need certain little parts but I think it's all there besides making some motor mounts to bolt it in.

Has nobody used one of these combos before?

It seems to be from a chaser so you'll need the mid-sump oil pan, supra motor mount brackets depending upon the year of your car (if it is a supra). I don't see the map sensor so you may need one (i might just be overlooking it). Also you'll need a fan, clutch or hydro. With my chaser swap I also had to change the rear transmission housing. Other than those items the swap looks to be intact.
