Cam Sensor Wiring

I was checking over my wiring before installing my 1JZ into the car and noticed that my front cam sensor wires going into the plug are starting to fail. The wires are still connected but the insulation has broken right at the plug. I was wondering if there is a way to take apart the connector so I can rewire this?

Well i guess I spoke to soon the wires did infact break. I was thinking of just solding some wires directly to the cam sensors and then use some connectors I have back from the RC days so I can disconnect it if need be. Any objections?

Wiring is wiring as long as it is done properly. Just make sure the connections are separate when soldered. And heat shrink is the best thing to use. As long as there is a good connection you should have no problems.
