I have acquired a jdm 2jzge. I wanna go na-t and swap to my 87 Turbo. And I'm wondering what the differences are between this jdm and the usdm version. I think the jdm uses speed density while the us uses maf but I'm not sure. Any help appreciated. Thanks

Well, it's got a map sensor instead of maf. Does anyone know any other differences?

the map sensor didn't come with it, and I plan on going aem ems anyways so I'm wondering if I should try and source a ge map sensor? Or will the gte one work? Or do I not need one if I am going aem?

doesn`t the 2jzge-t use the 7mgte electronics? what is the difference if you buy a map? you will end up using the electronics of your old supra
