I'm doing a 1jzgte swap to my mkiii and have questions about the motor mounts and brackets..... Will da 1jz mounts work for my supra?

To answer your question the answer is yes and no, depends on the year of the supra. During the 1989 model year the motor mounts changed.

lol oh, well i have a 1989 mkiii that originally came with the 7mgte, but i was told i had the early model, because i have the square mounts

Then you need to buy differnt mounts.
