Well I am getting alot of questions about making more of these fuel rails. So I am thinking of making another batch if there is enough interest. The rails will have -8 AN inlet and outlets on the ends and include the machined adapters to fit into the manifold. Price will be around $300 depending on how many people are interested.

It will be inlet at the rear and return at the front like the stock style rail. I can do -6 an too. If this happens it will be some time in January that they would be finnished. I could possibly do anodized too for an extra cost.

The first few rails I built were machined to fit the Denso injectors ( same as the 7M) but I think the next batch will be machined to use the Domestic type injectors which are much more available in different sizes. They will use the same style injectors as the PHR rail and Titan rail for the mk4.
I would like to have 5 sets minimum to get this going.

I just picked up some jdm 440's and I want to know if they would work with this rail. Id hate to get this rail and have the injecors not fit.

Actually I just found out Tim from SP wants to use mine for his SP fuel kit so I will be getting one for cost, so I'll probably go with that sorry.

lines and fittings included?

JDM injectors will not fit, they are sidefeed like the stock injectors, same as the mk4 550's.
Right now I would have them setup for single inlet and single out let. I dont see why everyone wants dual feed, with a single -8 AN lines will flow more than enough, and if you are using the stock lines from the tank they are only like 5/16" wich is like -6 AN. If I were to do dual feed with center return I would have to do some more r&d work to place the return.
The lines would not be included, just the fittings on each end which can be anywhere from -4 an to -10 an. The lines would be an extra $80-100. For a full plug and play setup.
I dont know if I will make another batch, with that other guy making $100 rails there is no way I can compete with that, just the machining alone for the rail and adapters costs me that. As it looks there is only 3-4 people interested, unless there is a few more guys interested soon it isnt going to happen.

It looks like I will not be doing this group buy, or making any more of these rails. Sorry guys.
