Just want to say hi to the community and tell you a little about myself.

I am a MKIII fan. Something about this car just sticks to you. Don't currently own one but looking. Last one I had was 89 N/A auto. It got stolen and stripped down. Want a white 91/92 turbo. Been looking for many years, well just a couple.

I live in Sacramento, CA. Holler if any of you are close by.

Right now, I will probably read the hell out of this forum. If I still have questions after this, I'll post.

Thanks!

Finally got pics put up. It's still stock as I picked it up from an lod man. It is currently in the shop because it has a BHG. Yes, I am having them put in the MLH.

Yo! Wussup! I just went out and picked up a clean azz MKIII! :biglaugh:

Just got home with it. Had to tow it home because it wouldn't crank. Turn the key and nothing. The starter did click once. But price was good and overall, car was extremely clean. Bought it from an old man who was technically the 1st owner since he bought it from the Maita Toyota owner at 5K miles.

1990 Turbo AT with brown leather and burgundy exterior. Chassis has 166K, head and block replaced by dealer at 85K, no leaks that I could see, has brand new Michelins, leather is dry with a few small cracks, no rips, all electronics inside the car work, a couple of scuff marks at front/rear passenger bumper corners, lift shocks for hood and hatch even work (haha).

I'm going to hook up the jumper cables and let it charge for a little while to see if it will crank up. Wish me luck! Woohoo! Hell yea!

It's alive! Hooked up the jumpers, waited about 10 minutes, turned the key, and vroom!

Drove it around the block and everything seems in check. Smooth exceleration, solid boost, and good shifts. The check engine light comes on and that running water sound comes through the dash. Doesn't look like anything major though.

Now that I'm officially a Supra owner, it's time to put a plan together and see what I can do to get it faster! :evil2:

Pics to come!
