Wideband UEGO Controller Modules

I bought a Plug and play EMS for my 87 supra.
My question is do I need a wide band?
Since i figure im going to get it tuned buy someone, would i really need This?

You technically don't need one, if your tuner has one to use for the tuning process. It is my opinion though, that any car with a programmable tuning device or cars pushing above stock power levels should have a wideband installed. The cost of widebands now leaves absolutely no excuse for not owning one.
