mk4 is a 3.0 right so, is it the same cast bottom end as the mk3 3.0 and if so do heads fit or anything like that, really like to know

They are completely different engines.

The MKIII uses a 7M block. The MKIV is a 2JZ block. Different bore and stroke. They have little in common and the heads are not interchangeable.
