Head pitting repair suggestions

Could I have some opinions of suitable DIY repair products, such as Quickaluminum, in regards to filling minor pitting in the combustion chamber & ports.
What sort of temperatures do these parts get up to in a N/A 7M engine?

Chambers and Exhaust ports see the flame front temps so damn hot, Intakes much less.

Any repairs would need to be done with a Tig, got pics of the pits?
