This Saturday I might take the 7m for a last run on the NC 1/8 mile track against my old car (Cobalt. The new owner wants to see how she does). Plus, I need to meet up with Rob and find out costs. He might even be running the track too. We shall see. Don't know if I can run without a valid inspection... :sarcasm:

ya. i have a 7mgte jdm with like 40k on it. it needs the front crank seal and the egr fixed. i am going to pull it out prob next weekend or the week end after that. and buy a 2jzgte and order all the parts. where did you get your 2j. do you use aim?

I spoke to rob and the track is bracket racing only on saturday nights. I'm only going to run it because a friend wants a piece before she's disassembled. We wont be at the track.

LOL That was him. For the hotside + turbo - $1650 is what he said he does for mustang guys. Should come out to a full kit under $3.5K for a bone stock 4.6L, considering the kits I've seen and heard of are above $5K, he's got deals.
