UPDATED RESULTS POST #3

I am running the IS300 coil mod, my extended harness is correctly wired. I am getting no ground to the coils, but I do have power to the coils. I've swapped the ignitor with no luck. Looking at the electrical diagram, I see power comes from cam sensor>ecu>ignitor>coils. I checked the voltage to the cps and the voltage was between the recommended specs. Is it possible that the cps could still not be sending a signal to the ecu? If it is a problem in the ecu (I'm running an AEM EMS), where do I go about checking/fixing this problem? I have a brand new wire harness so I seriously doubt there's trouble there.

(Sorry if I'm missing information, I wrote this full of thoughts)

NEED SOME HELP HERE:

Today I installed the new confirmed working CPS and got power and ground to it. When I went to start it acted like it had no fuel (just turning over), I checked the injector pulse and got no ground to the injectors. I checked it again changing NOTHING and got pulse to all injectors and now there is again no ground to the coils, BUT the car still acts like its not getting fuel, before the coils stopped working the car spit out fuel and tried to start, now nothing, I haven't changed anything though what the hell!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!...I am very frustrated by this, getting conflicting information like this really makes me think fixing this problem is impossible.

Can you plug the stock ecu back in for sh*ts and grins?

Nope, I don't have one.

can you re-attach the stock coils and see if the problem goes away?

look the wiring diagram and follow it, the wires are right check the injector resistor pack i look the wire diagram(correct me if im wrong ) and the ign coils and the injectors have a b-o wire in common that conects it one to another i checked and is a voltage and all ground of them concludes in the ecu wire, im thinking check your wiring conections before taking any conclusions

Ok does anyone know or experienced their AEM EMS having settings affecting coil ground? Does anyone know what I can check on the AEM to make sure it SHOULD be giving power and ground to the coils?

Just an update (here helping Jeff out) - IGDA and IGDB are grounded, and there is a very fast flash (almost seems to barely be breaking ground, however) as the engine spins over.

AEM is set up with everything PnP. This is kind of fun :) We get great signal from the ignitor to coil #1 - but nothing to coil #2 or #3.

I have been running an AEM for about 2 years now. send me your map if you need some help tuning. Once you get the hang of what all it can do and how the different settings interact with eachother it is a lot of fun to tune.
