Cam Gear Mod.

I did a cam gear mod a long time ago. The basic kit is for a V8 Chevy, it is really simple to do. The adjustment is made with off set bushings. We drilled the cam dowl pin hole to the same size as a V8 Chevy. Then drilled the center hole in the gear to fit the bushing. All of a 30min job ;)

The bushings come in 0,2,4,6,8 negative and positive settings, Lunati part#81015

you just have a bunch of leftover parts lying around and are finding ways to make them work arent you ;)

Idealsupra and 90suprat one of my buddies was the test dummy. Not one hich and it's been over a year:D . The only pain about this mod is you have to remove the cam gear bolt to put a different bushing in. It's really not a big deal. But I'll say this by it being behind the bolt when its set its set. No slipping here!
