crank swap?

hey i recently had a car develop rod knock and i was wondering if it would be worth trying to swap in one of my other cranks and just replace the bearings?

or if i should just go the expensive route and get the crank ground and resurfaced?

I suggest you do it once, and do it right.

For the amount of hassle it is to change the crank why put in something that is really in unknown condition and take the chance of having to do it again.

Like Doward said do it right the first time.
