Results of compression and leak down Test?

Just got the results back here they are:

1- 160 (15%)
2- 150 (18%)
3- 160 (15%)
4- 160 (15%)
5- 160 (15%)
6- 155 (19%)

Does that seem like my engine is in good/great condition? Should I get a tune up? What would be needed? input?

Under 30% is usually accepted as OK and the comp figures are well within spec so yes it's worth tuning.
