WOnt rev up passed 3600 rpms

Hi guys I have a 92 sc300 with 1jz-t78-power fc-suprastick v4-840cc injectors. I just got the car running about 4 months ago from a 2 year reconstruction from an accident. Anyhow, the car is not tuned and was wondering if this could be the reason weather in neutral or driving it seems to hit a rev limit at 3600 rpms.

It needs to be tuned. i couldn't even hit 2.7 k rpms with my 65lb injectors and tuning took care of all of that.

well its not a breaking up limit like an untuned car does, it is a steady beat like a rev limiter. the odd thing is I can down shift from 3>2 at half throttle and gas it and boost just fine to redline and on to the next gear:1zhelp:

Power FC detects knock
