What do you guys think about another meet? This time, in the hampton roads area. Me and applesauce were thinking about doing another meet during the fall, so the weather will be much nicer. We're trying to do a cook out at one of the parks nearby, then maybe a dyno/tune day. Jordan is working on that right now. Maybe even a motor world or aik event haha. Tell me what you guys think.

Yeah Mike we need to see if the tuner at all aspects is going to be around. You said he's got some 500hp mr2's rolling around here so im sure they can work w/ us Supra's. I know they tune mostly EVO's there though.... It would def. be a nice ride down some back roads to all aspects or the beach depending on the weather. I'm going to try and round up all the other MK3's I see rolling around here so we can have a good amount of people. We could def. get away with having it at Chesapeake Park, right were they have the Jubilee Festival at... Glenn and I are gonna ride around and check some parks out.

Time to start taking her apart anyway, build up time.I'm gonna try and get another exhaust put on by then also, that HKS Hi Power gets to much attention. So there will be a muffler up for sale real soon. The 3inch piping has got a dent from a rock, right at the bend but the muffler itself is in great shape... Anyway most of the tickets are gonna get dropped so we will see.

Chris, If I were you I'd put on a stock catback and do an electronic 3" dump in place of the cat/test pipe. You've got state inspectors in the family so it should be a win-win ;).

What are you getting done to your car at the bodyshop? If you do end up getting it and want to take it somewhere else let me know and i can recommend the bodyshop I go to. I have also had 2 friends with MKIV's take their supra there and they were happy with the results.

Not everyone is gonna be ready for a dyno day, but everyone can be ready for like a motor world or AIK day haha. I can plan something like that. I'll call them for pricing. Edit: So I swung by the Head Shop on my way home from class and spoke to the guys there. $350 to fully rebuild and resurface the 2jz head, so I am taking that to them tomorrow! Anyone know an Adam who has a bad 7m? The shop guy said he spun a bearing and the piston hit the head. I got to see it, and man, is it dented. :nono: They also had an inline 6 2 valve SOHC from a cressida (we think). Definitely interesting to see a 6 cylinder with 2 valves per cylinder.

turbo is good, i just got the gasket for the return line. so no more oil leak. But over all the turbo should last me a little longer. Its starting to smoke a little, but i think thats something else. The motors done anyway, i bet when i take it apart its gonna be a mess in there.
