hey well i was driving my car 2 days ago on the freeway and out of nowhere my car just started smoking and my temp gauge went to H!. so i stopped and bought coolant and added it because for some reason my rad was empty:aigo:. I never leaked before so i was surprised, so today my car started this hissing noise under the hood on a hose on the back by the EGR. where can i get a new one

umm well if this the line that it is coming from then it pretty sure you might have to pull the engine to replace it. i know that it is a metal coolant line that bolts around the block.

Looks like the hose that goes to the heater switch from the head to me. If that's it you don't have to pull the motor.

Step 1: Go to local Auto parts store.
Step 2: Purchase appropriate size heater hose (probably 5/8) and new clamps. Buy tools if you don't have any.
Step 3: Remove old hose and replace with new hose.
Be prepared to spill a little coolant.

Stop over thinking, just get it done.
