2008 z06 vette

so i'm just driving around playing with the stinger maps and decide to hit the highway. I'm on for 5 mins and a maxima flies past me with a bunch of guys in it. I think so what and make another pass at 18 psi. Next thing i know a vette is getting on i just fly past. A bit later i look up and he is moving in on me fast. I was doing about 70mph and i wait for him to catch up then i down shift and hit it.

I hear his motor over mine till the gate opens then it's over i pull 2 cars then put it in 5th at this point i expect him to fly past but i pull some more. I decide to allow him past and he gets in front. We hit it again and i pass him again on the way by i look at the side and realize it's a z06, funny thing is my car looks stock right now :biglaugh: bad day for him.

I would be willing to bet that you are wrong with that statement....

None the less, nice kill quake.... with my set-up, I walked a regular c5 real hard, and his face afterwords was priceless. I can't imagine what was going on inside that guys head as you passed him. When I beat that c5, I was only on my 61mm, and my 70mm pulled much harder then the 61, great job! It is up to you to educate the public about Japanese performance!

Are you kidding? My old 06 Z06 with temp tags went 11.65 at 126MPH with most of the runs in the 11.7s on the run flats. Not many modded MK3s can hang with that. With a tire change(run flats are heavy) and exhaust mod you have an easy 10 second car.
