Temp guage needle stuck

Well I got the old supra back on the road...a day or two later, the Temp Gauge needle all of a sudden went all the way up to "hot" and got stuck at the very top. I know 100% my car isnt over heating, the gauge needle is just STUCK at the very top as forsure its an electrical problem...

how would you fix this electrical issue in the wiring for the temp gauge?

most likely the sensor i had to replace mine, there is a chance the guage its self died

i replaced the gauge already, still exact same problem. Where is the sensor located?

to the side of the the thurmastat houseing cant miss it, its sticking out note it is not the one on top its to the side
