hey, i just read that there are two different types of injectors for the n/a 7m. http://www.lextreme.com/7mge.html is this true? make and any difference in performance? any difference at all?

No difference unless your making enough power on say the 295 that you need to go bigger, not that 20cc is going to make a huge diff anyway..
For ie>> "your car is running out of fuel at 280whp then the 315's would help for a bit" Not much though.

To take advantage of bigger injectors you should have other mods and a way to tune, like a SAFC. If you have heavy mods you can use turbo injectors.

you would need a lot of mods to get close to maxing out either injector!

its just that since they are for the same car, same applications, but different cc size, you would think there would might be some kind of difference. and i would say that they are the same as cressida's correct? cause i have a cressida 7m that has a supra intake and the oil pan and componnents. i just didn;t know if my mech changed the injectors too cause the ones that i have leftover are supra ones. the yellow ones to be exact.

Hell I was at 350whpand360ftlbs@11psi on my factory 440 with room to go.

I would say that your ecu might be calibrated for one or the other injector....

oh will do! it seems like we are just talking on two different posts. lol and yeah i'm taking a class at csu-p for auto repair. and i have my old engine in my garage being taken apart. so i'm learning. i'm not toyo mech though. i know some stuff.

The original injectors were low impedance I think. I will look in the repair manual for you.
