1 JZ-gte Torque (pressure) on bolts

Degree Torquing and Torque on:

Cylinder Head Bolts
Crankshaft bearing cap bolts
Connecting rod bearing cap bolts

Can some one help me with this?

I have tride that, but i only find Crankshaft bearing cap bolts at 300nm

but i have't find
Connecting rod bearing cap bolts

IIRC:

main caps, torque to 32ft-lbs, then torque 90*

con rod bolts, torque to 26 ft-lbs, then torque 90*
