need help in tidewater va

i was wondering if someone in the tidewater va area could help me get my supra running, i have tried it all adn i still cant get it to idle right nor run right. its a 87 na-t. so if someone in the tidewater area could help me out and come and see if they could figure it out i would greatly appreciate it.
