I was getting on the highway coming home from my girlfriends dorm and a red Scion tc with atleast an exhaust and red neon's underneath, the new 4door civic si, and a early 90's late 80's nissan 240sx hatchback all flew by me 2gether so i mash it to catch back up with the pack. For those new yorkers we was on the meadowbrook parkway which one of the straightest parkways around.
It ended up with 3 ride race between me the 240 and the scion with the 4 door si behind us. We started from around 70mph, i was in 4th , and i stopped at 120. The usual 3 honks and weirdly enough the scion tc driver revved it to redline and drop the clutch on the 3rd honk, i guess he thought that it would help him. Oh well by 120 he was 2 car lengths back and decreasing but the 240sx pulled 2 car length's on me and when he let off, thats wen i heard his blow-off valve so he had to be boosting. We slowed down and i guess the driver of the civic si wanted in on the action so the 240sx and si lined up and i was behind the 240. Went from about the same speed, 70mph. I knew the 240 was gonna pull on me but that 4door si can move, By 120 he was about 4 cars on me and maybe a car length on the 240.
Same thing happen to me a while back wen i went against a rsx type-s but i thought the 4door would be a lil slower due to its weight and that i could hang but i definitely cant. When i put my gte in its gonna be a different story.
