Does anybody has a sound clip to compare these two catbacks? From what I heard touring medallion is more quiet than the hyper medallion.

Can't tell you about the touring version, but I have the hyper version, and it's fairly quiet... Until you get into the boost, that is.

I have a youtube video clip of a 12PSI run. It's just with my phone cam, so it's not great, but it's there.

Is this the "touring" or the "hyper" medallion?

Is this the "touring" or the "hyper" medallion?Sorry, I figured that since I'd posted earlier int he thread, it'd be obvious. It's also in the youtube description.

I have the Tanabe Hyper Medallion. It's bolted to a RT downpipe (racing -- eliminates both cats) and a LIPP elbow. That's on a stock CT26, and as the vid shows, about 13 lbs of boost. (In nice cold weather, too. Lots o' power.)
