Are any of you northern folks seeing the "Northern Lights"? The news said this is a heavy activity period for them, but it's too cloudy down here (Tacoma, Wa) to see anything! Post up if you are seeing them now, or over the next couple of days. I've seen them a couple of times in my life...in a word, "Awesome"! One of lifes special shows!

Too cloudy here as well. Plus the bog just south of us is on fire, so the sky is covered in smoke. :(

I havent seen them... it was kinda cloudy last night (langley) but havent seen anything. but from now on i'll look a lil closer :)
I didn't see them, but a bunch of guys I know off another forum saw them and some took pictures. I wish I could have seen it, I heard it was nuts.

i was in finland... new years eve 2003/2004. i was hoping to see them but well :(
edit: sky is clear over langley but i dont see any northern lights :( :cry:
I've seen them in Vancouver before above Grouse Mountain. Frickin wicked! Green in Van but when I was in the Okanagan they were more blue/white.
