I have a whole new lineup of hoods. I of course still carry Seibon, Extreme Dimension & VIS, but CHASER AERODYNAMICS has brought out alot more hoods and options. I used to carry Extreme Carbon, but their service is the most gawd awful crap i've ever dealt with. Like they really dont want to sell anything, no return emails, no return phone calls, EVER. So here's some photos from Extreme Dimensions and Chaser Aero with some prices... expect shipping to be about $160, but PM me for exact pricing:

Now its been debateable if this actually does anything at all. Even tho 7Ms dont suffer from poor oiling problems, incase you want to eliminate that banjo bolt we got a kit made now. We use either XRP or RedHorse with Russel fittings and either DPI or XRP hose. All the above companies are used on sprint cars so rest assured its race grade material. Not pictured are the 2 -AN fittings that go on the pump and block. EVERYTHING is included to put this thing right in
OIL PAN CLEARANCE ISSUE??- There shouldnt be any problem with the Russel banjo fitting replacement, its lower profile. The one I had to use on my engine was this gigantic steel piece of crap because I didnt have the Russel fittings so I had to pound my pan a little on the corner. But Russell should be 100% go! :)

NEW ZANKOKU SHIRTS
Join the Zankoku Crew with these new shirts. The print is not a gooey screen, its a type of vinyl that becomes one with the shirt for a lifetime! The graffics dont fade or come off in the wash and are guaranteed to outlast the life of the shirt. Hows that, a shirt with lifetime warranty on the printing!
We have our Dickies Pit Crew shirts. Due to the cost of materials we have to sell S-L sizes for $30, size 2XL and up are $2 more.
We also just got a batch of regular T-shirts made. More economical at $10
we ARE NOT making anything on these. They're just to get the name out there and spread the love, so join our Crew!

Seems like some of your prices are extremely high compared to the average price online. Any reason

Really, my prices are EXTREMELY high? Like for what? I've looked around and I beat almost anything! Yes, my ST sway bars are more expensive but thats because I dont get that good a break on them. I get better w/ Tanabe.
Apparently my MOMO wheel and hub kit is more expensive than CK's deal, but thats because i'm not giving them away at cost. I'm selling them at MAP pricing, which if MOMO were find out I or someone were going below that, they wouldn't be that happpy and would revoke my distributorship with them.
Other than that, i know the Goodridge lines are more expensive but same is the case with the ST bars. I'm in better w/ Earls.
I know my GReddy and Apexi prices arent higher than anyone else and my Tanabe prices. I'll be putting Kaaz and ACT up soon and I KNOW they wont be beat since i'm going direct with both of them.
Thank you, i'll take my apology now ;)
You were right about the UEGO though. I meant to list it at 258 so i corrected that. But thats the price I sold it to Alex for, $258, not $282

Really? Where have you seen them for less? Its not Ebay is it? Because i've checked around and I haven't seen them for more. Its less then Options Auto, Enduro "Rip off" Motorsports(where i used to work), Horsepower Freaks, and even MVP Motorsports.

Question for ya, my friend bought a car that had the apexi avc-r. It was once installed, but now its not, and we went to install it one day to find the guy had taken the selonoid for controlling the boost... you would'nt happen to have access to individual parts like that would you? Cause he really wants to use this AVC-R.
Thanks

I dont have any pics of it by itself. But I know what i'm getting you. Its the solenoid valve. It has a part number and its in my Apexi list. Its pretty straight forward 499-X003 AVCR Solenoid Valve.

We've finally got a new shop. At 1000 Piner Rd. Santa Rosa, Ca. 95403.
Our first official day of business open will be June 2nd, our GRAND OPENING BBQ will be on Friday, June 6th.
We will be located at 1000 Piner road. Parking is very limited, like none will be available. So what I recommend is parking across the street on Airway at the Nutty Irishman or one of the lots there and cross the street to my shop.
Hope to see alot of you guys there! Who's coming?

06-07-2008, 06:17 AM
so it gets worse I figured I'd go for a spin after the emblem thing and I get about a block down the street and my front end starts jerking around. I figure someone got my lug nuts, time to kick some ass.. get it back to my apartment and me and my buddy check for damage nothing lugnuts tight.
just wheel bearings gave out on the front end like massive play even while sitting on ground. which explains why theres vibration during braking a week ago, figured I warped a rotor or something.... nope bearings.
to make it worse the park brake seized up which first made me think rear diff, then I remembered when I got to my place the park brake took force to lower. so theres a sign......
so I called it quits on driving the supra, emblems and wheel bearings and brakes. equal a drive back to my shop in sac to park it till I make the needed repairs.
wow this became a story, but I'm gonna make it there.. gonna sport my cb7 there but hey what can i do. ahhh, I'm damn tired :aigo:

24 people = $75 for the formerly SFI approved 5 point harness.
This could pass the NASA tech inspection since it still has the SFI registration on it, although technically it isnt certified anymore since they're discontinuing them. I just picked one up for the Supra and its very nice.
I also have a blue 4 point in stock. So if there's interest in this Group Buy i'll make a separate thread

Now Tbolts may seem like over kill but having had this thing blow off 3 TIMES on me, I didnt want there to even be the possibility a coupler would blow. So the kit comes with 4 Tbolt clamps, but if worm clamps are so desired they can be substituted for $7 off the price.
Our pipe kit is cheaper than Cooleze and comes with T bolts!

Word on the bead rolls. I dont have a bead roller, so......
However when I was running the other pipe for awhile there werent any beaded ends and it never blew off in 3 drift and 3 autoX events and this one is better so I'm not anticipating any problems.
PS: I know Pino's pipe doesnt have rolled ends and no probs there either

If you dont have a roller just tig some wire around the ends. I have seen several hard pipes wiggle out at the drag strip. It only takes once on a 7M to cause the BHG.

or get wire and mig or tig it on two or three places around the pipe. i've seen that done before...
but in all honesty, as a 'performance' shop i would think a bead roller is kinda high on the priority list... especially with cars like that monster gsx your building!

Actually I dont have pics but I slightly flared the ends already w/ an exhaust cone.
Why would a bead roller be high on the list since 90% of piping these days come with beads? All the GSXs intercooler piping will have beads on it.
Just not those damn Canadian Vibrant pipes, lol. Damn Canadians, learn to roll beads! ;)

Can't roll a bead that close to a bend so welding is about the only option.

This is a JVT Racing 3 Row Rad. I'm direct with the guys there and they actuallly race there cars instead of just showing an orange S13 that doesnt perform so they know how to make stuff. Its fitment is like the Mishi's minus the lower frame hammering, lol. Customer top mounts are needed. I'm workin w/ Dean to get them to incorporate the OEM top mounts but for now if you want a very cheap (just a little more than Mishi) 3 row rad that just needs custom top mounts, we have this rad for $210!!

finally the King Daddy of them all:
ZANKOKU PERFORMANCE 2.75" RACING RADIATOR for 7M- $210 SHIPPED (most cases)
Our radiators are locally fabbed in northern california. We basically copied JVTs rad because it fit better than Mishimoto's and offer it at the lowest price in the history of Supras!! Our 2 row core 2.75" thick. JVT's 3 row is 2.8" so you're getting basically the same size rad with larger core openings to flow more water for less. You cant use the OEM mounts for our rads but TOP MOUNTS ARE INCLUDED!
So what do you get here? A gigantic radiator that fits the fan shroud AND comes with top mounts for $210 shipped!

You've seen my top mounts in the Mishimoto group buy. Look at the pics of the mounts on my Supra. They're a little more refined now. As for the rad, I completely forgot to take pics, i've just been shipping them from the fabricator in lake county. But next time we make a rad. I'll take a pic and post it up. But until I do just look at the Mishimoto & JVT rads. They look exactly the same as each other and our rads look exactly like them as well, so.....

So we can send in Supra calipers for the core charge? Do all the calipers you listed have a core charge? Are the Akebono calipers remanufactured OEM PBR calipers?
Also, Akebono seems to offer 3 models of ceramic pads, Pro-Act, Euro and Street Performance, but their website is not clear on the differences. What are the differences? Do you offer all models?
Grimsta
11-11-2008, 04:44 PM
The Akebono Calipers ARE remans.
And the difference between the pads are in grades of performance. The Pro ACT are good ceramic pads. Akebono is the OEM manufacturer of Toyota, Nissan, and some Honda brakes (honda uses Nissin mainly). The Pro ACT are the quality OEM replacement pads. The Euro line is for European cars, and the Street Performance is a more aggressive ceramic pad than the Pro ACTs.
All lines of Akebono products are available here. When it comes to brake replacement on customer vehicels I only use the best quality OEM parts.
All Calipers DO have a core charge, but if varies. The core charge isnt listed as its different between the different brands. I believe Akebono's charge is $20 per. You CAN send in the Supra calipers as cores, but it must be in the same box.

What thrills me about the package are my Akebono caliper/pad combo. I dont do Mustang's so when I looked up calipers I saw we had Akebono's with Pro ACT pads available for $206! Akebono are the best pads you can use on a Toyota if you're looking for that OEM quality. Of course if you want performance we carry performance oriented pads, but for the price of the kit you get good japanese rebuilt calipers and good OEM quality japanese pads. Low dust, low noise, long life ceramic. Its a helluva deal. If I had a DD Supra, i'd love to throw these on there :)
I'm just goin to repost this at the top of each page my thread gets to keep it current, so it doesnt get lost in the archives. I've also added it to the front page

I think I got it now. He told me 4" from the bottom bracket to the banjo bolt. But does the bottom bracket mean the bracket where the hardline connects to the hose, or is he talking about the bracket thats on the spindle? I think its just a complicated way of saying 4.7" overall. But other than that he didnt specify if we would be using the banjo fitting at the end or an NTP fitting

You guys need some cheap 13" brakes in the land down under Kristel? You know i'll take care of you guys :D

We hooked up with JVT and they offered us even better pricing on their rads. So I can offer you JVT's rads at our all time low Zankoku price with the top mounts INCLUDED. 1.3 BAR cap included, so what's goin on here is basically this:
http://www.jvtracing.com/images/radiators/JVTR-R3-TS86-MT.jpg
JVT's 2 Row rad. for $210 shipped within California
JVT's 3 Row rad. for $251.92 shipped within California
NOT 1JZ hydrofan compatible
The 2 row is 2.75" and the 3 row is 2.8" so if .05" is worth the $41 to you we can definately hook that up. Prices include our own custom top mounts so you can drop it right in and not have to make anything yourself. The stock fan shroud DOES bolt up to these. There are actually pics of it fitting in my old Mishimoto Group Buy thread that someone posted up. Since those prices are shipped prices within California they will be similar to the rest of the country since out of state orders arent subject to tax. Just PM me to be sure and i'll let you know if its the same, a little less, or a little more.

If you want custom brackets for your intercooler you gotta bring you car to install it. There's so many variables for that I cant just whip them up without anything to reference. When I make the radiator mounts I mock them up on my own rad every time to make sure they fit. I would have to pull my front bumper and all sorts of hell for intercooler brackets.
On the other hand, We now have a small selection of our own brand! Pics will follow soon, but here's a small list of what we make and have available!

Hey, so how is the fitment with the JVT rads? Is it bolt on using the supplied upper mounts? Also, is this for the 3 row or 2 row? Just a question, but do you still have the Mishimoto 3 rows? and have the mounting and fan shroud issues been cured? sorry to dig up something old like that but I was just wondering because this seems to be a really good price for either radiator

Ha ha, thats sick! I'm glad you found that.
There are both 3 row and 2 row JVTs available. The 3 rows arent actually very much thicker and are $40 more so practically the best value is the 2 row. It IS 2.5" thick!
MKIII Mishimoto rads no longer exist. They stopped making them after finding out they fit really bad and said they were goin to "develope" more, but yeah right, ha ha.
But yes, the JVT 2 row is $210 shipped INCLUDING the custom top mounts which makes it simply a drop in affair. Want one? I believe we have 3 total left! Perhaps only 2. So Clueless, if you want one we're close to running out again, lol

im interested in the quick release and the hub adapter that goes with it for our cars. does the adapter have a crush section so if you impact the steering wheel it gives, the sparco one has this as well as the momo i believe. also what brand steering wheels will bolt to the nrg quick release
Grimsta
01-03-2009, 04:18 PM
No "crush section" if thats what you want to call it, they're short hubs so they dont stick out another 3-4".
I have it on my own car, any 6 bolt steering wheel will bolt onto either hub and/or NRG's or our Zankoku quick releases. Momo, Sparco, NRG, SPW, Tenzo... I have an SPW myself.
About the "crush section" though, think about it, a collapsable steering column will work and is a good saftey idea but on a hub? How is it supposed to crush itself unless its rammed into something? And if its rammed into something it'll be too late for the crushing to do any good, it'll still "F" you up
BigKO

I know the answer is probably no but does the JVT radiator have the automatic transmission cooler built in like the OEM radiators or do I have to buy a transmission cooler for this to work... Are there any aluminum radiators that have this built in that you carry or can get for a similar price range?

...And if its rammed into something it'll be too late for the crushing to do any good, it'll still "F" you up
They are supposed to increase the amount of time the collision takes reducing the change in momentum.
Meaning less force on you, but I dont really think that its going to change much.
Just keep your face away from the steering wheel. :biglaugh:
