Yes, they would replace your stock shocks and springs. But not those exact ones, those are for 4th gen supras.

As for if they would be better than stock, take a look at the Megan thread for my thoughts and some other opinions.

1. Yes, they replace the entire shock/spring assembly. Very easy to install as well.

2. No, your TEMS would not work.

3. Those are for a MKIV.

They're pretty good. Best bang for the buck IMO. Great spring rate for our cars, too.
