spring and shocks??

I have brand new sensa track shocks on my mkIII, what springs are best when combined with those? Or would it be better if I bought new springs and shocks?

They make sensa tracks for the mk3? I have them on my Honda Passport and they work alright, but they don't seem like something that would be very good for a performance application. I would say best springs combined with them would be stock.

But if you're going to buy new springs and shocks, then you have a lot more options. And it depends on what you want to do with the car and how much you want to spend.

So depending on those answers, I would be able to make some suggestions.

Yeah, they were purchased at midus here in dallas. I guess I will give it some time before I go out and buy some springs and shocks. Thanks!
