My 2JZ swap is starting in Spring and I'm wanting to us topfeed injectors.

Can you keep the stock intake manifold and use the Top Feeds?

Yes, you will need to purchase one of the many available 2JZ aftermarket fuel rail kits and some various lines and fittings to make it work.
