Eratic Idle, Back-firing

Hi Guys,:aigo: MY 1JZ-GTE, is idling eratic, and backfiring when i run rev, any suggestions...changed the plugs and fuel pump already....thinking of servicing injectors and checking the coil packs....am i heading in the right directions?????
