Hey,
So I just moved here, working in a Daytona Prototype Racing shop! Just wanted to see how the Supra community was here. Back home it was almost nothing!. I don't have my Supra back here yet but it will be after Christmas and then I can take advantage of some of the bad ass stuff the shop has for making sheet metal items and all kinds of things! So pretty excited about it and can't wait to see what the area has to offer!!

Thanks,
Seth Ingham

Hi Sethron, I talked to you about 5-6 months ago and i was suppose to buy one of your stock looking FFIM(I'm the one who wanted to add the Turbo A TB to the FFIM).. At least now you live in VA! Because my car wasnt in running condition, I was able to join local/out of state Tennis tornaments so I've been pretty busy and now that I'm out for the winter league because of my knee injury( tendonitous?! still need to get an MRI Scan) I decided i need to get my car running sometime soon.

Also I've been gone because the IRS was still up my ass about me owing them $8000.00 so i had to get a lawyer, court, etc etc, more BS...Of course I didnt have to pay them, instead paid a small mee of $250.00.

And also been with this girl for a while now so I have had a lot of distractions latley...

Sethron, are yall running the Grand AM series this season? If you need a hand at VIR let me know, I've got a few other friends that are working on our own licenses and would love to help crew for a team.

Right now the plan is to be running the season but it is pretty dependant on sponsors for our team. I am currently the factory driver so I will be doing all the testing and we will be doing the VIR race for sure as it is the closest race for us! I will run it by my boss about the crew!

Thanks,
Seth

Hey guys whats up!
I am looking for a wrecked MKIII turbo to use for a mock up car for parts I make. It just has to roll good enough to get it in the a trailer and thats about it. Engine bay needs to be pretty complete as that is where most the parts are. So if anyone has access to one please let me know or if anyone knows of a good junk yard that might have one please fill me in!

Thanks,

What all is left in the shell? I am really looking for one with a blown engine or that has been rear end wrecked so the engine bay is pretty much intact as stock. Pretty much all my parts are in the engine bay obviously so as close to stock as possible makes the mock-ups work for everyone!

There is a way to get something from the DMV. There is a small fee but basically it is used when you buy a car from out of town and need to drive it back to your area. Its only good for a couple days i believe but am not positive on that.

But then again, they are possibly calling for showers this afternoon and tonight ( at least that's what I heard yesterday morning)

"Increasing clouds today and warm highs in the lower to mid 70s. A small chance for a few showers tonight but a strong developing low pressure system will bring better chances for rain by Saturday afternoon through early Sunday. "

I was just talking with Scot(HotSCen) about a Richmond meet. I thought Richmond might be a good location so that it would not be a long drive for people in northern and southern Virginia. I was at the supra meet that was held at Rockwood Park couple years ago and I thought it was a great success so I was thinking about having one there. We had one of the shelters rented out and had the grill going. I am going to call and find out how much it is to reserve a shelter and I am hoping that maybe all of us can each donate a small amount that can go to reserving the shelter and we can all bring one or two things for lunch. I was also thinking about having a nice cruise so if any of you in Richmond know of any nice routes to take please let me know.
Now onto the big question. Since many of us have full time jobs and plenty of other things going on, when is the best time for everyone and what are some dates that we should avoid.

If anyone has any opinions or have anything else to add let me know!

ok guys just called the park today. Let me know what you think. Shelter #3 is available on June 14th in the morning and evening. Its $45 to rent the shelter from 9am to 2pm and its also $45 to rent the shelter from 3pm to 8pm. We can also reserve the shelter all day for $85. We we can meet up around 11AM i think that gives us plenty of time to set up the grill and have a cook out for lunch and we can also walk around the parking lot checking out everyones car as well. Ok I was thinking and came up with 2 ideas. Also the dollar amount would change depending on how many people plan to come out. The more people that come out, the less everyone would have to pay. Plan A is that every person can pay like $2-3 to go to the reserving of the shelter and each person would also bring one thing like buns, burger, drinks, cups, plates etc. Plan B would be that everyone pays around $5 and I would buy all the food and all you would do is have to show up. Please post telling me what to think because I want to go ahead and reserve the shelter ASAP.

If only I was made up of money I would buy everything but along with school tuition and monthly payments i am broke :(
Thanks

Im down for both ideas. Making it easy though would be to bring $5, just in case someone is late, can't make it or forgets. (we know u won't forget... Also it would put more work on you... LOL! that's what we all want, he he... anyway you would get all your money back anyway. You could play Stewie from Family Guy "got my money". I will come up early and help you start cooking, I was gonna ride up with the other fellas but im sure they can make it w/o me.

You could just hit up wally world and buy the basic like hot dogs, burgers, buns, and drinks. If anyone wants Brats, Angus burgers, Steaks, or alcohol they can bring them.
