Need a weee bit of help here

So my swap is nearing completion and I have been puzzled about one line that i have no clue where it goes. It comes from the intake manifold under the iat sensor. seems to be a one way check valve style thing screwed in. Basicly the damn nipple broke off on it. I need to know where it was supposed to go and if its even needed. Ill try to get a pic of it in a moment. thanks guys

sounds like the filter for the MAP sensor

ah ok, is it needed or can i blockit off and run my map line off a differant port

you can block it off, and use a different port. It's not absolutely necessary. I actually run my MAP sensor off a diferent port to provide a more precise signal.

thanks rob, on that note i also remebered that the nipple on the little filter or check valve on the stock BOV was broke(It goes from like the top half to the bottom half) i by passed that for now. will this be fine or do i need to get another filter or valve for that also.
