At what lift/ duration cam does the 7m becomes an interference motor.

what size headgasket ? any machine work to either head or block?what pistons?..These factors contribute to interference measurements.cheers.

Stock bottom. HKs 1.2mm headgasket. The head was machined very little. The machinest said that it was in pretty good shape but he took very little of to ensure flatness. I don't know if the head was ever machined before I had it.

You would proably have to gauge it with clay to see were it is now and determine how much more lift you could handle.
