Lol, upgrade to silicone hoses. I finally got my crank pulley out but I dont think I'm going to change the front main seal since it looks as though I need special gaskets to replace if i do. And if you look at the crankshaft, it looks as though the tool dug into it lol.

Seriously? It looks as though like a gasket that's metal or something in the TSRM. I have silicone gasket maker sitting next to the engine that I used for the rear main seal. Is Kris at your house right now?

I have two of those under my belt.
Get an aluminium 90 deg angle welded on the compressor housing, looks much better.

I have another turbo that has the 90 welded, unfortunately, it Does not fit well in my setup. 3 ply 90 works good in this particular, temporary setup. :)

I was running 18psi on my 4088. I'm pretty sure there was a flaw in the coupler though. It was funny. I couldn't figure out why I wasn't hitting full boost until 6500 :)

lol, Doc, I think you can keep it to show to friends what type of hose ( rubber from ebay) not to use in a turbo application. It burst probably around 10 psi...at least I knnow the boost had no other escape.. lol
