boost issue

my car idles and runs good.. but sometimes when i turn the key it doesnt turn over and ill try it a few times then magically it will turn over and start right up. also when i get to around 4-6k rpms the turbo sounds very loud boost gauge goes to around 7psi which is stock boost that i have it set at but the turbo soundslike its pushing 35psi.anyone know why this car is acting like that?

I have hards pipes, a FMIC, BOV, and stock turbo at 10psi and it gets a tad noisy but usally starts at 3500 rpms or a lil lower, I think maybe your paranoid.
