won't idle after

I have a '90 2.5 TT, if I go driving and give it a heavy foot as I come to a stop it won't idle, it dies.I realised that after hard driving you should slow down and just cruise for a while and the virus is gone. :cry: :cry:

Tps? Mine was unplugged for a drive and it would die as I idle.. turns out it was disconnected :(

Also check your ISC (Idle Speed Control Valve) - mine did this all the time after high RPMs and then slowing down. My ISC was pretty dirty - took it apart, cleaned it and the problem went away...
