I have em both available now, get em while they're hot!
The bigger one that has the bracket on top was not avilable for a long time, and I thought it may not be available ever again. I took it off the website even. I'll get it back up on the site by tonight or tomorrow morning.

I got my stuff in too Aaron! I've been working slowly on taking the old out so the new can go in. I'm going to be doing my piping differently, I'll have it tig welded into about 3 big pieces, then shipped off to jdub to be ceramic coated. I'll update with pics once it's all done (it'll take some time as I have very little time to spare).

Should be good for 500. The BOV flanges are in the mail right now. Almost time to start welding!

500 at least, I know someone who was making 550whp on a similar sized ic that only had a 2" inlet and outlet!

How much for the ic shipped to the UK. TQ6 9GA. Do you do a custom 2.75"pipe set up for it as well?
Cheers

An intercooler to the UK, USPS Priority mail 6-10 day shipping, would be $88 shipping. Add a piping kit and it would be about $125 for the shipping total.

Would these work with the Cooleeze pipes?

Yes, the inlet and outlet come out at the same place as the smaller one.

what is the inlet and outlet diameter of the larger spearco replica? i also have the cooleeze pipes which were supposed to fit onto the stock intercooler but the supplied coupler was too big.
thanks

All the Spearco style ones I sell are 2.5" in/out
Your pipes may be sized down for the stock intercooler, which is 2".
You would either need a silicone reducer or cut the small end off your piping kit. The turbo outlet is about 2 1/8". The stock 3000 pipes is 2.25".

i have an sp61gt and i think the turbo outlet might be a little bigger. im just concerned about fitment and flow in and out of the ic. ill prob be ordering up the larger spearco repl from you in a week or two.
from what i remember when i put the cooleeze in was that the coupler going onto the inlet of the ic was too big and i had to fab up a reducer to make it work.
