Custom exhaust with HKS carbon muffler on 1jz

I make 3" exhausts with mandrel bends for people who want something custom instead of an off the shelf catback system. On this one I notched the bumper cover to allow the muffler to sit higher and still have the angle he was looking for. The last thing you want is an expensive muffler ruined from hitting something. I can usually get a little better clearance then the pre-made cat back systems because I make the exhaust on the car. This service is for locals only though.

wow thats some mad angle! custom exhausts ftw.. sooooo much cheaper.. get a full turbo back for the price of a catback usually..

Since I make it on the car, it can be done for any engine. I cut the tubing and tack it all up, making sure of the clearance and fitment. Then I take it off the car and make nice looking welds. It takes more time but the welds look a lot better then if I do it all upside down under the car.
