Besides a supra or car that comes with a supra motor? Assuming it doesn't take tons of fab work like a Front wheel drive car.

Is that because your 1jz doesn't have enough torque to tow it? I kid I kid!

aznwaterboy
05-29-2007, 12:22 PM
I'd go for the 240Z. You don't have to worry about smog issues and with the torque from the 7M, that thing will jump off the line. Always a good combination, light chassis, tons of power.

Mr.PFloyd
05-29-2007, 12:35 PM
the 240z does need a lot of frame work to make it handle the torque though....

the 240z does need a lot of frame work to make it handle the torque though....Its a minimalist chassis for sure, but by no means does it NEED any frame work. I didnt do anything to the chassis. People claim all sorts of things, and tons of wifes tails about twisting frames, its all crap. As long as you start with a good rust free chassis (which is actually kinda rare) every where but the southern and western states.

won't fit in a metro...

now half of a 1J or 2J manifold bolted onto a 1 litre 3 clinder geo motor with the turbo off the 1J or 2J on it...that sounds like fun

in all honesty, I'd put it in one of those front engine porsches they had here, since the motors in em suck anyways...

it's a kit car, so the engine choice is yours, I'd love to have one with a 2J in it, might actually have traction...
