I've just swapped in a 7m-ge in my 87 supra got everything hooked up when it started do thisClick here to watch 87-supra (http://media.putfile.com/87-supra)
I've tried the tps, ics, afm, and vacuums nothing seems to help, or stop this. The car is not overheating, or is any check engine lights comming on also changed computers. Any insight on this problem

cant really get to much from the vid..... but from the sounds of it I think you distributor might be a tooth off or so.....try setting your engine to TDC then setting the dizzy back to 1.

hav'nt put the timming light on it , can i use the timming light while it's doing this? After work tomorrow I'llcheck my timming again, i'm almost out of ideals on this
I'd say timing to. Make sure the timing belt is set correctly, and that you don't have any plug wires crossed.

I'd say timing too.
Because that's how you spell it! Sorry tl but "timming" is annoying, and after three times it gets to you.
I'd say check the timing too and I know you said the check engine light isn't coming on but try the jump and see if any codes get thrown.

timing is on the money but it still surges up to 2500 rpm's and then drops to about 750, then rises back up to 2500, it won't idle at all, and when its cold it acts like its going to die
Just because your check engine light is not on does not mean you don't have any codes stored. Check your codes:
