This kit replaces the poorly designed factory Oil Pump to Block supply line. It is a complete bolt-on solution, there is no need to drill and tap or perform any custom fitment. These kits represent more than a 30% increase in inside area of the tube that directly supplies oil to the block.

The minimum diameter measured is as small as .444 in diameter. This kit opens up every restriction between the pump and the block to .510 +/- .004

To follow along and see how this kit came to be check this link HERE AT POST #63 (http://www.supramania.com/forums/showthread.php?t=31378&page=7) Clicking on the first post there couldnt hurt either, theres a ton of great info scattered thru the entire thread.

I sell these Oil Pump Supply Kits for $139.00 Shipped!!! In the lower 48 of course. Please contact me for HI, AK and International total.

PM me and let me know your real name and then make sure to include your alias in the PP comments.

Also I recommend shimming the oil pump bypass spring 5~7mm. On top of that mod I recommend replacing the Oil Cooler Bypass Spring in the Oil Filter Adapter, order a new one would be my recommendation or I have herd of others experimenting with shimming. I couldn't say exactly how much though.

I was in on the 2nd or 3rd batch of these, just wanted to say the quality of this piece is top-notch, and it fits perfectly!

Very easy to install, looks and fits like it should have came this way from the factory!

FYI, This is a direct copy of one of my posts from the 7M Oil Issues thread.

While I had all the parts out I made a test fixture to test the "opening point" of the oil squirter "Check Valves" as Toyota calls them. These items are a bolt with a ball bearing held pressurized with a coil spring in the closed position the oil exits similar to the way oil would exit a banjo bolt. If you have been following this thread chances are you know all about them. Heres a photo of a set of new ones.

Most of the ones in good condition seemed to open above 45psi and all seemed to flow at least a small amount as low as 10 psi. Obviously I was testing with air pressure, so it is highly possible they flow nothing until their designed pressure release of above 45psi with oil behind them. Watch the videos I find it very interesting to see how they actually operate when tested.

Heres a photo of my test rig, very simple actually, but seemed to work great.

As promised, here are a few videos of oil squirter's used and new. You might be surprised at how they perform.

very interesting as the 130K mile one worked better than the new one...

they don't seem to be built to perfect tolerances then it appears...

Yea but what I forgot to say was that those nozzles were all over the board. Sometimes that nozzle opened at 45psi and sometimes it opened at 55psi it really never seemed to be the same consistently. Generally they all did what they were supposed to, but definitely weren't as consistent as the 6 new ones I bought. Yes I cleaned them in parts cleaner, soaked them for a couple of days and stuck a miniature brush in the ports to get the gunk out of there, with compressed air and all. on top of that none of them in the rest of the motor did the same thing. The other 5 were all over the board too. If your spending money on a rebuild the $70 bucks or so would be well spent here.

Bought the oil supply kit with the egr block off. communicated well, responded fast. told me he didn't have a part in stock and it would ship out the end of the week which it did.

Great looking products. I would work with this vendor again.

I'll be placing an order shortly. Did anything ever come about with your replica group A oil pan? I'd be willing to buy one of those as well
